• Full-time in ministry since November 1980, serving five churches as an associate minister
• Senior Pastor from 1991-October, 2008 at three churches including Cherokee Baptist Church in Memphis from 1994-2002
• Executive Director and Founder of A Fresh Start Ministries, Knoxville, Tennessee, since July, 2009
